Sometime or other we get irritated by small things in our life. It may be work related or personal. Let us go by example, when your mom scolds you due to some photos posted by you on social media even though there is nothing wrong in that you will obviously get disappointed, sometimes it may lead to angry as well. In that situation you may lose temper and answer your mother in a High raised voice which will make her feel uncomfortable. After when you get your coolness back you will obviously feel for what you have done... Instead of loosing your temper if you let the flow go just remain calm and listen silently you will see a new you..!
